Key Account Manager

Responsible for managing sales and key account relation in the country, work in achieving the budgeted sales, margin, operating income and sales and marketing expense as well as other financial.
Lead Kemin expansion and sales growth in assigned accounts. Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin for assigned accounts, in accordance with annual sales budgets.
Carry out specific responsibilities in each step of the sales process, which includes:
Business development.
Establishing relationships with individuals at the all levels of the customers' organization
Making technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services.
Closing the sale cycle.
Obtaining at least 20 meetings with customers each month.
Responsible to sell the complete Kemin product lines sold into the specific industry.
Develops and maintains Kemin customer database. Assures maintenance of sales reporting database.
Prepare monthly report on month activities.
Work with other departments to meet customer objectives and to ensure customer's needs are met regarding quality data and targeted turnaround times.
Develop cooperative relationships with key customers and industry groups.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers.
Coordinate account activities and product pricing with staff in the other sales areas to meet customer needs and objectives.
Understand the feed and animal nutrition industry.
Knowledge in Monogastrics market.
Demonstrated sales experience in successfully participating in an industrial/technical selling environment requiring lengthy and in-depth product and/or practice decision processes.
Presentation experience.
Ruminant knolagement will be consider as Plus
A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and database development programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
