Technical Director

Job description We are looking for a talented technical director to join our team. The technical director's responsibilities include understanding project goals and developing plans and work schedules to achieve them. You will also monitor and recruit new staff, review processes, identify risks, and provide cost and time estimates. You will work alongside different teams and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, supporting your peers in the engagement and delivery teams. You will be part of a global leadership team. CTO High level responsibility Understanding written and verbal project briefs and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets. Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement. Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members. Making and executing plans for practice maturity and growth across a variety of engineering practices such as mobile, frontend, backend, data engineering, DevOps, and quality engineering. Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders. Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required. Addressing performance issues and inspiring our teams to do their best work. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field. Writing up reports and presenting findings to the relevant parties. Job requirements BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. At least 6 years experience working with a core technology (backend, frontend, mobile, data, etc). At least 3 years of senior management experience with teams of 20
people. Experience with multiple technology stacks is a plus. Fluent in English (C1 at least).
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
